Hon.Ambassador is a graduate from Georgian Technical Institute and did his Postgaduate study from the Dresden Technical University. Ambassador Zurab was appointed Envoy Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of Georgia to Azerbaijan Republic.Has been a Director of Georgian Oil & Gas Corporation – Director of “AZ-Invest” Comp in Baku – Director of Azerbaijan CBS Consulting ( Representative of Oxtonco -Baku).
